EDS GAMMA is an innovative A1 desktop planetary scanner and is the latest addition to the METIS EDS (Easy Digital Scanner) family.

The EDS is a new line of professional scanners that has been created to overcome the common limitations inherent in this category of products. In particular, to offer superior image quality, ergonomics, ease of use and high productivity in a single integrated solution.

Among the main features of the EDS-GAMMA are:

• The size and resolution of the scan area can vary thanks to the integrated zoom optics and the variable height and position of the camera; this makes it possible to acquire very large originals (even larger than the A1 format) or to increase the optical resolution over 800PPI in smaller formats.
• V-table solution with automatic shape recognition, curvature correction functions.
• Unmatched image quality that is beyond any other similar solution 
• Extremely fast acquisition time (approximately 30 full scans per minute)
• Integrated METIS LED lighting solution with advanced software control and 3D functions.
